With over five decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Marc Tworek is the driving force behind Versatile Construction Group’s reputation for excellence. A U.S. Air Force veteran and seasoned entrepreneur, Marc has led the successful completion of more than $60 million in construction projects, ranging from strip mall centers and stand-alone buildings to complex remodels.

Marc began his career in the United States Air Force (1962-1967), serving as a flight line technician before receiving an honorable discharge. He transitioned into municipal maintenance with the City of Indianapolis, where he honed his electrical expertice. In 1973, he founded KTT Electric, LLC, overseeing electrical installations and leading skilled teams for nearly four decades.

In 1981, Marc launched Miranda Construction Group, where he specialized in site layout and building design. His visionary leadership and commitment to quality laid the foundation for what would become Versatile Construction Group in 2009. Under his guidance, the company has grown into a trusted name in commercial construction across Indiana.

Marc is known for his strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and unwavering dedication to client satisfaction. His strengths include project management, budget planning, bidding and estimating, and building design. He remains actively involved in every phase of construction, ensuring that each project reflects the company’s core values of integrity, precision, and partnership.

Trent Baxter, PE. is a seasoned Professional Engineer with over three decades of experience spanning electrical, structural, and mechanical engineering. A proud graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Trent has built a distinguished career leading complex commercial and industrial projects across the Midwest.
